About Zelenokumsk
Zelenokumsk is a town located on the southeast side of the Stavropol Krai in Sovetsky District besides the River Kuma. The town was founded as the settlement for the village of Vorontsovo-Alexandrovskoye in 1762. The town was given work settlement as well as renamed Sovetskoye in 1963. Sovetsky Municipal District and Zelenokumsk Urban Settlement are administrated by this town. The legal rights of the town were given in 1965.
