Syasstroy
Syasstroy is a town located on northeast side of the Leningrad Oblast in Volkhovsky District besides the River Syas with the tributary of Ladoga Lake in Valgonka. The town was first mentioned when the construction of pulp and paper mill begin in 1926. The town received town’s rights on 17th February 1992. The economy of the town is based upon the paper mill enterprise.
