by fax where after filling in details in our online form, our
customer service agents will contact you and ensure your flowers

When is my card charged?

after the order is shipped. |
Are my personal details
secure?

We have a well
constituted & strict privacy policy which can be read by clicking
here. In brief, the policy states that: We don't share our
customer data with anybody. We don't have any such so called
partner sites with whom we share data. No unsolicited emails are
sent from us. We send occasional emails to keep you informed about
our services |
Are there any
hidden charges or any shipping cost involved?

All the prices are
inclusive of the delivery charges but there may be instances where
the delivery may be beyond the range of our network(No Direct
Florist Available and Travelling is involved to cater your order).
Please ask before hand if the delivery is possible in that area.
The delivery, charges the amount that is actual and you will be
intimated before the order is executed. We will execute the order
if the Customer is Comfortable with the Delivery Charges; if not
we will cancel the order and the whole amount shall be refunded. |
What are delivery charges on World Florist
Association?

Delivery all over
World is free, i.e. there are no delivery or any other charges. |
Can I order the flowers to be delivered the
same day?
|
|
Yes, same day delivery is possible all over
World if the order is placed on time. If you are trying to place
an order for same day delivery later than 1600 HRS IST; please
call us or E-Mail us to inquire whether we can deliver the same
day or Not.

Can I
send a message along with the Flowers?
|
|
Yes, you can send
your personal message along with the flowers by typing it in the
Message box in the checkout form. |
How do I know if
World Florist Association has received my order?
|
|
As soon as we
receive an order, an email is sent to the email id provided in the
checkout form. Also, order status is updated in the order tracking
section, from Pending to Processing, the status can be checked
there. Also after you make the Payment, a Copy of Electronically
Generated Bill is automatically sent to your mail id which is your
Payment Receipt. |
I have received
your order confirmation email but not the payment confirmation
email?
|

As soon as we
receive the order, an order confirmation email is sent and an
order status is created in your customer section. As soon as we
get Credit Card Authorization, the same is updated in the order
tracking section and an email is sent to you. This may take a
few seconds or several minutes. If you have not received the
email, you can verify the payment status through order tracking.

How can I track
my order?

Your order can be
tracked through the order
tracking section after your secure login. The status is
updated several times a day, so the order status shown here is
pretty current. |
How are the flowers
delivered?
|
|
All Fresh flowers
are hand delivered by our local florists in their respective
cities. Strict guidelines and standards are maintained to ensure
that the flowers are fresh and live up to industry standards. |
Which places
can flowers be delivered to?
|
|
Delivery is possible
in all major towns and cities of World and even in Villages. |
Is delivery
possible on holidays?
|
|
Yes, in most cities
and towns delivery is possible on holidays but there may be some
exceptions. |
How do I know if my order
got delivered fine?
|
|
World Florist
Association guarantees each order is delivered on the requested
delivery date and an email is sent to you confirming the delivery.
You can also track your order through the Order
Tracking section . Also, if by any reason the order can not be
fulfilled, you will be contacted by our customer service agents as
soon as the florist reports his delivery problem. If you know that
the order did not reach its delivery destination, you may contact
us to claim non delivery with reference to your Order Number. |
What if my
order is not delivered on the desired day?

In a rare situation
like this, the full amount will be refunded if the product you
ordered were Flowers. Read our Terms
and Conditions for more information. |
When and on
time will the order be delivered?
|
|
We cannot guarantee
the time of delivery, but the flowers will be delivered on the
delivery date specified by you. If your flowers need to reach the
recipient at a specific time please mention it in the additional
information box in the checkout form or send us an email us. Our
delivery staff will do the most to meet your delivery time
request, but we reiterate that we cannot guarantee the time of
delivery. |
What happens if
the recipient is not at home or at the delivery address?

In this case, the
delivery is made to the neighbors, only if they agree to take the
delivery on the receiver's behalf. |
How can I get
personal assistance?
|

You can contact us
through E-mail or through Live Chat or through the Custom
Order section. and Ask
Florist section. if you require any personal assistance from
us. |
Where can I
enter special instructions?
|
|
If you have
additional delivery information such as additional phone number or
address, kindly write in the additional information box provided
in the checkout form. If you have already placed the order then
you can write the information in an email along with the order
number. |
How can I
cancel or reschedule an order?
|
|
If you need to
cancel or reschedule your order due to unforeseen circumstances
you can email at least one day before the scheduled delivery date. |
How can I
change an order?
|
|
If you need to
change the delivery details kindly write us an email , at least
one day before the scheduled delivery date. You can also get the
items in the orders changed but due to legal constraints, value of
the order cannot be changed. For this, the initial order needs to
be cancelled and a new order is to be placed. |
What if I am
confused on what to send?

|
No problem, let us know your budget for the
flower arrangement you would like to send, and our experienced and
talented florists will create something suitable for you. |
What do I do if
I forget my member password?
|
|
Click on login, and
on the login screen click on the Forgot Password link. You will be
prompted for your email id. Your login information will be sent on
this email id. |
How long will
the flowers last?
|
|
Different Flowers
have different shelf lives but again, a lot depends on how much
care is taken of the flowers. Due to the perishable nature of
flowers, we can not give a Guarantee for life of the flowers. |
How can I best
care for my flowers?
|
|
To keep your flowers
fresh and long lasting, change or add water daily. If possible,
re-cut the end of flower stems under water. You may also add a
floral preservative to maximize the freshness and life of your
flowers. Keep your flowers in comfortable room temperature and
keep them out of direct sunlight. With this proper care your
flowers are expected to last for approximately 5 days. For more
