Yukhnov is a town situated on the northwest of the Kaluga Oblast in Yukhnovsky District near the River Kunava in Russia. The town was founded since 1410 and was granted town's legal rights in 1777. The town was captured by the Germans army from 5 October 1941 to 5 March 1942 during World War II. The coordinates of the town are 54 degree 44′40 ″ N 35 degree 13′47 ″ E.
